Privacy statement<\/span> for merchant<\/span> personal & business information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Protecting the privacy of our merchants is a matter of great importance to Level Five Consulting LLC DBA<\/span> Navidor. We want our merchants to understand what information we collect and how we use it. To provide our merchants with transaction<\/span> processing services and related products, we may provide our partner processors with information provided to us in the course of our relationship with our merchant customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Information we collect, why and how<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We gather your Business Information so that we can:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Analyze your current costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Provide you with a savings Quote<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    You send us your Information through a secure, dedicated electronic fax number, viewed by authorized employees only. At this stage in the processes, the information will be stored at Navidor’s facility and won’t be shared with any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    After you decide to switch to Navidor, we will need to gather additional information. This information will be used to:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Complete the Processor Application Form and send it to you for final signature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Provide our partner processor with relevant Information in order for them to proceed to the underwriting of your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Provide an efficient level of customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Confidentiality and Security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Within Navidor, your personal and business information is restricted only to the necessary employees so that they can provide services to you. We have established physical, technical and administrative security processes that are commensurate with the sensitivity of the information collected. All of our service provider partners meet CISP and PCI compliance standards (required for all merchants and service providers that store, process, or transmit Visa and MasterCard cardholder<\/span> data).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Retention of Information and inquiry rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      We will retain merchant records for so long as the merchant is a customer or ours. You may make inquiries about your personal and business information by calling us at (888) 688-4542. In addition, you may request that Navidor correct any errors regarding your information, provided that you notify us in writing of such errors and provide us with a reasonable time to review and process your request. If your information is inaccurate, we will amend it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
